Summary: We had booked a standard room which was on the hotels.com website as a double when we arrived we were given 2 singles. When i complained i was told that hotels.com should have confirmed it was a double. I then was told that because we came after 8 in the evening our room had actually been given away and no more double rooms were available. I argued more and the person finally found us a double but they seemed very unhappy to help.
